The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. This will include greeting guests, managing reservations, operating the phone, and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Know our guests and regulars, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive experience
  • Deliver a warm welcome and greeting to all guests, and ensure they feel valued and appreciated
  • Operate the phone, taking reservations, enquiries, and confirmation calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Allocate reservations and manage the waiting list to ensure efficient service
  • Communicate table turnovers and out-by times to the team to ensure smooth service
  • Work as part of a team to achieve exceptional service standards
