About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our properties, including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including manual handling activities.
- Work independently, organising your own time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
About You
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who is able to work on their own initiative and is reliable and self-motivated. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. You will be required to work a part-time schedule, 5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

What happens next?
