Prestige Nursing & Care Shrewsbury prides itself on delivering high-quality care in and around the community, with colleagues and clients having been with us for over 15 years. Our branch is situated in the lovely village of Shrewsbury, but much of our work is in and around our towns and villages within the area. We offer a variety of care services, specialising in homecare and complex care.

What our clients are looking for

Our clients are seeking good quality homecare workers to join our expanding team. Duties involve helping our valued clients with personal care tasks and household duties.

To work in and around the local area, providing care to people within their own home – assignments include providing personal care and/or support and companionship as required.

Your role will include

  • Medication management and administration
  • Help around the house
  • Personal care
  • Continence care
  • General emotional support

We're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driver's licence & your own vehicle is a requirement
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

As a Company we are unable to provide Sponsorship for overseas candidates. Applicants must have proof of right to work in the UK. It is a requirement to provide an overseas police check dated within the last 3 months of being in the UK if you have lived outside of the UK for longer than a year in the last 5 years.
