Job Title: React Developer

Allegiance Group is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a new React application that will interface with the client's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), IBM TRIRIGA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive developer to work on cutting-edge software solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in workplace management.

As a React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a high-performance React application that integrates seamlessly with IBM TRIRIGA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a scalable React application that integrates with IBM TRIRIGA.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using best practices for performance and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance.
  • Stay current with the latest React development trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with React and related technologies (Redux, Webpack, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs, preferably with IWMS or IBM TRIRIGA.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful services and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with IBM TRIRIGA or other IWMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
