We are seeking a skilled Scientific Instrumentation Service Technician to join our team as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for the maintenance and repair of laboratory-based instrumentation across various applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics, engineering, or science, with experience in a customer-facing field service environment. Our comprehensive product training program ensures that all engineers have the necessary knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and repair services for laboratory-based instrumentation at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field service or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
