Robot Welder Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Robot Welder to join our team at MTL Advanced Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-start checks on robotic equipment to ensure peak performance
- Understand and troubleshoot various robotic systems, including programming and maintenance
- Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment and techniques
- Monitor and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards and customer specifications
About You
We are looking for a candidate with robotic welding experience and a strong understanding of robot control interfaces. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to remain focused on quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others.
Working Hours
This role requires a flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements. The working hours are 5 hours per week, with a rotating shift pattern of 0600-1400, 1400-2200, and 2200-0600.
