We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Stylist at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is renowned for its elegant and sophisticated fragrances. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our fragrances and products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contributing to the creation of engaging and effective in-store events and promotions
  • Maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment
