Job Description
  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering engaging and educational play activities that promote children's development towards key milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands.
  • Promote and maintain child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding within the nursery environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Childminder) or a related field.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • An ability to use various communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • A sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
