Job Opportunity:

Vision for Education is a leading supply agency with 23 branches across the UK. Due to significant growth, we are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in Neath on a long-term and day-to-day basis.

We are seeking adaptable, flexible, motivated, confident, and organised individuals who have a passion for education and supporting young people. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons of approximately 30 pupils in the absence of the class teacher.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a secondary school prior to applying for Initial Teacher Training. Although previous experience in a secondary school is desirable, it is not essential.

If you are new to the role, you will be offered a comprehensive Cover Supervisor Training Programme to equip you with the skills you need.

About the Salary:

The salary for this position is £100 per day, paid using the PAYE system.
