We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist Radiographer to lead our Paediatric team at The Portland Hospital, London.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in CT imaging, particularly with Siemens technology, and be familiar with PACS and RIS software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Rotate through various imaging modalities, including CT, Cath Lab / IR, Plain Film Imaging, theatre, mobile x-ray, and fluoroscopy.
  2. Work within radiation protection guidelines to ensure the correct patient receives the correct examination with minimal radiation dose.
  3. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HCA policies and professional codes of conduct.
  4. Participate in an on-call rota and extended working days as required.
  5. Develop expertise in paediatric radiography, particularly in complex medical needs for women and children.

The Cardiac catheter/Interventional radiology suite is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with a Siemens biplane imaging suite designed specifically for paediatrics.
