About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
