Role Overview

As a Client Service Director for Captive Insurance Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our relationship with one of our largest global captive management appointments. You will assume responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards.
  • Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required.
  • Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met.
  • Deliver best practice and strategic innovation.
  • Support the development and implementation of Aon's own strategic objectives.
  • Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry.
  • Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills.
  • Be from either the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors.
  • Be professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent.
  • Be willing to travel to the UK, Isle of Man, and, on occasions, internationally to represent Aon in various client meetings.
  • Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
