Job Overview

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure delivers complex and critical infrastructure across six core sectors. As a Lead Commissioning Engineer, you will direct a team in delivering work, ensuring activities align with established processes. You will have an HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline and experience of leading teams in a technical environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements, pension scheme, bonus, and car scheme.

About the Role

As a Lead Commissioning Engineer, you will develop and execute delivery plans in line with project schedules, reviewing and reporting on work progress. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for developing and executing delivery plans in line with project schedules, reviewing and reporting on work progress, and taking corrective actions where necessary. Experience of working in Nuclear or highly regulated environments is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need an HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline and experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment. You will also require excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.
