An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead a team of care staff at a respected care home based in the Edinburgh area. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This care home offers expert nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs and 24-hour dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of caring for those living with dementia.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver outstanding patient-centered care
  • Developing and implementing well-structured care plans and risk assessments, adhering to regulatory frameworks
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records while utilizing modern technology effectively
  • Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Making timely decisions and taking action as required
  • Providing guidance and support to team members using clinical expertise

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and national care standards

The successful Registered Nurse will receive an attractive salary of £43,494.88 per annum, reflecting the competitive hourly rate of £19.01. This position offers a range of benefits, including:
