At Pandora, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one selling environment
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries and providing exemplary service
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
  • Complete Pandora online training modules to develop yourself and flourish as a Pandora team member
  • Lead by example, coach and train newer members of the team
  • Be a brand and store ambassador by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
Desirable Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Strong selling skills, with experience in a luxury environment and 1-1 sales experience
  • Excellent communicator, with articulate spoken English
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a successful team
  • Customer-focused and flexible approach, with the ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays
