Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Courthouse Enforcement Specialist. You will be working on the front line, dealing with people who are at challenging points in their lives. As a specialist, you will visit people in their homes and businesses, explaining why you are visiting and what options are available to help resolve matters.
You must be able to demonstrate empathy, be non-judgmental, and focussed on carrying out your role while respecting customers. This requires excellent customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to assess situations quickly.
Requirements
- You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a private vehicle.
- You should be comfortable working away from an office, enjoying variety and flexibility in your days.
- As a confident leader, you will be able to communicate effectively and make swift decisions in sometimes emotionally charged situations.
