We are a market leading company that is growing at a rapid pace, earning notable contracts. Our client is seeking a Contract Manager to cover a multi-use commercial property in West London.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our team and be responsible for managing a contract with a major client in the Commercial Maintenance sector. As a Contract Manager, you will be working closely with our client and engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the contract.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting directly to the Director
  • Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
  • Overseeing Work-in-Progress (WIP)
  • Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Providing technical support to both the client and the engineering team
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
  • Management of client relationships on a daily basis
  • Attending client meetings
  • Dealing with client requirements including additional projects or works
  • Recruitment and staff development
  • Managing staff absenteeism and disciplinary issues
  • Preparation and presentation of reports
  • Winning and managing additional business opportunities
  • Responsible for the permit system
  • Ensuring the company's Health and Safety and environmental performance on the contract meets the required standards

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager who has a strong background in managing contracts and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical qualifications such as Apprenticeship or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning, or HVAC
  • Proven experience in managing contracts and maintenance teams
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Driven and motivated with a desire to progress their career
  • Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
