We are looking for a highly skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at MCG Healthcare. As a key member of the community mental health team, you will work with adults and older adults who may have mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, dementia, and other complex psychiatric conditions.

With a focus on recovery, goal setting, and person-centred care, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct nursing interventions. Your ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, and prioritize tasks efficiently will be essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in community mental health settings, managing complex cases, and engaging with family members and carers. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to trust policies and professional guidelines is also required.

The salary for this position is approximately £45 per hour, based on the requirements of the position and industry standards.
