Job Summary

We seek an experienced Identity Data Management Instructor – Senior to provide learning and performance solutions in all disciplines of IdDM. The successful candidate will have significant practical experience levels in IdDM support, application, and/or use.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver courses on IdDM, including course development/design, instructional delivery, mentorship, advisory, and review requirements.
  • Provide support to National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations.
  • Bridge the curriculum instruction with student application through practical experience levels in IdDM support, application, and/or use.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 16 years of experience; exceptional candidates with 20 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Six years of practical experience providing direct IdDM support.
  • Served in an IdDM position providing support to National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations.
  • Graduate of the Advanced Planner's Course and Due Diligence course or legacy equivalent (or commensurate practical experience).
  • Experience as an IdDM user is preferred.
  • Advanced experience relating to IdDM planning, development, assessments, and due diligence.
  • Management experience relating to IdDM support.
  • Advanced experience relating to the IdDM life cycle.
  • Ability to provide executive-level briefings.
  • Capability to lead working groups in considering enhancements, innovations, and future course offerings.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid US Passport.
