Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Trainee to join our expanding team in Manchester. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our range of timber products when speaking to clients
  • Deal with existing customers (75%) and hunt new business opportunities
  • Attend meetings with architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders
  • Progress into a client-facing position, initially going on meetings with another member of the sales team before starting to lead them independently
Requirements
  • Hungry and ambitious to kick-start a sales career
  • Coachable, not expected to start with all the answers, keen to immerse yourself in all the training provided to flourish in your new role
What We Offer
