Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our client's team as a temporary Assistant Management Accountant. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, maintaining the accuracy of the purchase ledger, and providing support to the broader finance team.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
• Support the month-end close process, including journal postings, accruals, and prepayments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management.
