Job Title: Bid Manager

About the Role:
Grundon is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitation to Tenders (ITTs), and tender documents. You will work closely with internal teams to come up with solutions for customers' waste across all 'streams', from general waste and recycling to hazardous and clinical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the preparation and completion of PQQs, ITTs, and tender documents.
- Liaising with internal teams to come up with solutions for customers' waste.
- Ensuring full compliance requirements have been met and managing the production and delivery of tender documents.

Requirements:
- Degree-level education.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Evidence of an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Full UK driving licence.
