Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Reviews and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales teams to review RFQs and identify potential technical concerns.
    • Review customer drawings and CAD models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Liaise with customers to address technical concerns and provide solutions.
    • Conduct feasibility checks and supplier selection.
    • Review supplier offers and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • APQP and Quality Management:
    • Lead regular meetings with territory teams to discuss APQP documentation and progress.
    • Ensure accurate completion and storage of feasibility documentation.
    • Record meeting notes and actions, and follow up on a daily basis.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to teams.
    • Review PPAP trackers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Interaction:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for major automotive customers during NPI.
    • Collaborate with the Quality team to design and implement inspection plans.
    • Assist with PPAP submissions and mediate with customer SQA/STA engineers.
    • Expedite PSW approval as necessary.
    • Participate in the planning and implementation of new DLF systems.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain relationships with customer engineering and technical contacts.
    • Provide a single point of contact for customers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Working Hours and Job Type:

This is a permanent, full-time role with working hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 12:00pm on Fridays.
