About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer that prioritizes quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and improve long-term machine reliability.
  • Execute the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer's plan to work preventatively and reactively.
  • Use root cause analysis tools and 5S principles to identify and resolve issues.
  • Actively support a culture of Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities to engineer out persistent problems.
  • Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance and accurately record all maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Formal Engineering Qualification - C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or Apprenticeship trained.
  • Strong knowledge of good engineering standards and experience in Engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum.
  • Monday - Friday days with plenty of overtime opportunities.
