Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating sales of new homes, liaising with mortgage advisors and solicitors, and creating marketing materials to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the new build industry and excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate sales of new homes from initial plans to show homes
  • Liaise with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and other external contacts
  • Create marketing and promotional materials to drive sales
  • Keep up to date with competitors' prices and deals
  • Deal with customer queries up until sale completion
  • Liaise with Site Manager and Sales Manager
  • Record all offers through to completion
  • Maintain customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the new build industry
  • Experience working to targets
  • Ability to manage a new build development
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive approach

Remuneration
Up to £26,500 per annum dependent on experience + commission
