Operational Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Support Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our Monitoring Centre and Field Teams to meet our targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer contacts in a professional and timely manner, adhering to our processes and procedures.
  • Record information on contacts and maintain accurate records and systems.
  • Manage and protect customer information, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Resolve dissatisfaction during the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, for back-office tasks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team spirit.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PC systems and experience with office automation tools.
  • Must pass relevant clearance for the role.
