About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive trade-related maintenance tasks within your area of expertise and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, allocated by the Scheduler and/or appropriate manager.
  • Order supplier parts via purchase order line and manage van stock as required.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.
  • Provide recommendations and solution options to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  • Take measurements, estimate labour, and identify material requirements for follow-on works via the Red Reporting system.
  • Complete detailed Red Reports.
  • Provide timely and accurate electronic worksheets and timesheets.
  • Provide before and after photographic images on work carried out.
  • Maintain and build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, adhering to company policies, procedures, risk, and method statements.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate qualifications in plumbing.
  • G3 Unvented Qualification.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Must have a driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Plumbing.
