Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various job openings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job openings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices
