Job Description:

As a Development Land Manager, you will play a key role in our business, working closely with land owners, developers, and company branches to secure new development opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to forge and develop relationships with these stakeholders to identify potential projects and secure instructions for their disposal.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new relationships with land owners, developers, and company branches in the area

- Secure new homes sales instructions from the developer industry at advantageous and profitable terms

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and meet customer expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A proven track record in the acquisition and disposal of development land

- Land and development appraisal and valuation

- Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment

- High level of presentation experience

- Ability to work under pressure

- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel is essential
