We are looking for an experienced Diagnostics Technician to join our team at Cooks Motor Group in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve efficient workflow and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Volkswagen vehicle systems and technologies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of experience as a Diagnostics Technician, preferably in a Volkswagen dealership.
  • Excellent knowledge of Volkswagen vehicle systems and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
