This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for collecting waste and recyclable materials from across the Borough, ensuring that our streets and public spaces remain clean and free from litter.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid HGV/LGV licence and current driver CPC card are essential requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
• Collect waste and recyclable materials from designated areas
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
• Valid HGV/LGV licence
• Current driver CPC card
• Strong understanding of safe working practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
