About The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Careers

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Kelso, Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Support - Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities.
  • Medical Support - Administer and monitor medication as required.
  • Personal Care - Assist individuals to maintain their personal care, including showering, bathing, and dressing.

Requirements

As a Support Practitioner, you will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift patterns. You will also be required to participate in ongoing training and development to ensure you have the necessary skills to provide high-quality support.
