Agricultural Equipment Specialist

At Acorn by Synergie, we are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Specialist to join our team in the Mid Devon Area.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customer needs on all types of agricultural machinery, including fault finding, servicing, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues in agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and inspection.
  • Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • Check and service all machinery at correct intervals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Agricultural Engineer / Mechanic, Workshop Technician, or similar role.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation:

£33,050 - £42,000 per annum + Overtime at time and a half (reviewed after 3 month probation)Monday - Friday (42.5 hours), weekend availability

Location:

Mid Devon District

We offer a competitive salary range of £33,050-£42,000 per annum, plus overtime pay at time and a half.
