Business Partnering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Partnering Analyst to join our team. As a Business Partnering Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) business in delivering their regional People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with regional and global HCM colleagues to deliver talent management processes, including talent reviews, performance feedback, promotions, compensation, and other annual processes.
- Facilitate employee transfers, hiring, and leavers by liaising with the business and HCM counterparts.
- Analyze and review people data to inform and drive the People Strategy, focusing on metrics such as attrition, diversity, and headcount.
- Partner with HCM functional groups to ensure a seamless HCM service to clients.
- Participate in global and regional projects across the HCM spectrum.
- Apply problem-solving and technical skills with an analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
