Temporary Christmas Support Team Opportunity


We are seeking a Temporary Christmas Support Team Member to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience during the busy Christmas season.


The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work flexibly and provide support across various areas of the store.


About the Role:



  • Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect products and sharing knowledge about our amazing products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support the processing of deliveries and stock movements to ensure efficient stockroom operations
  • Take ownership of your development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking opportunities for growth and learning

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.


What's Next


As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial Interview so we can have a chat to find out more about you.
