We're seeking a talented Kitchen Crew Staff to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a full-time member of our team, you'll work 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Cook and prepare high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Evaluate and improve the efficiency of kitchen processes
- Support the receiving and stocking of supplies
- Represent Compass UK & Ireland and promote a positive brand image
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement
- Be an effective communicator and team player
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Be willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Possess a flexible approach to working hours and duties
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
As part of Compass, you'll have access to exciting opportunities for learning and development. Our competitive salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
