Ozone Talent is partnering with a pioneering Environmental Consultancy to find a Senior ESG Manager to drive their sustainability initiatives. This innovative company is at the forefront of the energy sector, utilizing their real-time energy data platform to help top-tier clients rapidly reduce carbon emissions.

As the Senior ESG Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing ESG strategies, collaborating closely with clients to understand their sustainability goals and offering expert guidance on enhancing environmental performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data analysis, ensuring accurate reporting to track progress, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG frameworks and strategies to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Guide clients through projects using the company's existing platform, providing expert guidance on enhancing environmental performance.
  • Assess climate-related risks and opportunities, as well as climate scenarios, to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and liaise with stakeholders at a senior and board level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Present reports to clients at director level, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct and lead regular workshops, both internally and externally, to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Manage data, research, and stay up-to-date with ESG mandatory and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in carbon accounting and climate risk assessment.
  • Must be working with CSRD.
  • Proven experience with CSRD, TCFD, and SBTi processes.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of science-based targets and their application in business settings.
  • Strong leadership skills required to drive success in managing complex clients and end-to-end projects.
