Domiciliary Care Branch Director

We are a leading provider of care services in the UK, committed to delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of our service users. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health and Social Care Professional to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in care management and lead a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care services in Carlisle, working closely with our care coordinators and team leaders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also require a good understanding of CQC requirements and legislations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth and development.
- Lead and manage a team of care coordinators and team leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with public sector partners.
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
