Construction Management Professional

We are recruiting an experienced quantity surveyor to assist in the preparation of tender documents and quotations for our civil engineering and groundworks projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering or construction sector.
About the Role:- Assist in preparing tender documents and quotations.
- Place orders for labour, plant and materials.
- Conduct valuations of work and agree with clients.
- HNC Construction and the Built Environment is required.
- Numerical skills with expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and methodical working approach.
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum
