Role Overview:

This is a flexible teaching position aligned with the school timetable, offering a work-life balance and opportunities for career development. The successful candidate will be part of our team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to implement and monitor Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring students receive the appropriate support they need.
  • Participate in outreach programmes promoting inclusivity and community ties.

Requirements:

  • PGCE with QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A compassionate, patient, and flexible teaching approach focusing on student well-being and academic achievement.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £26-£30 per hour, with flexible hourly rates available.
