Agricultural Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and conducting account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop strategically important relationships with key accounts.
- Facilitate Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities.
- Monitor own performance and adhere to SLA (Service Level Agreements) for each client.
Requirements:
- Some new business, customer service and account management experience. Recruitment experience would be ideal, however it is not essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Great telephone manner.
What We Offer:
- Excellent salary and benefits package, (£22,000 - £35,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic commission structure that could easily see you earning £65,000 OTE in your first year, including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay.
- Working hours Monday – Thursday 8.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, salary extras, company bonuses, rewards, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more.
