Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Bakkavor. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of invoices, payments, query management, reporting, and other AP-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and a sound understanding of the end-to-end Procure to Pay process. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an excellent service delivery attitude, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks are essential.

In this role, you will perform invoice processing with corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts, process Non-PO invoices arising through Non-PO expenses, perform Credit or Refund Processing, and perform Accounts Payable reporting and reconciliations.

You will also be responsible for performing standard and ad-hoc payment processing activities, including processing and completing credit notes, preparing payment run, identifying invoices for payment, determining the invoices excluded from payment, analyzing parked invoices, and determining the date which invoices should be paid.
