About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Cover Supervisor in a Secondary school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher, working with students across a range of subjects. You will not be expected to be a subject specialist, but rather provide support and guidance to students.

About the School

Our partnering Secondary schools in and around the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are seeking candidates to work as Cover Supervisors. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on daily supply or in longer fixed-term supply contracts.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent education
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • A natural leadership ability and confidence to lead a lesson
  • A passion for education and providing support to young people
