Ergonomics Lead Role Overview

Irwin & Colton is seeking a talented Ergonomics Lead to drive health and wellbeing initiatives across our dynamic campus. As a key member of our team, you will lead ergonomics initiatives, manage MSD risk assessments, and promote continuous improvement. Your expertise will foster engagement, coach colleagues, and contribute to a culture of safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general ergonomics advice to colleagues and build effective working relationships with all functions.
  • Oversee and manage processes for MSD risk assessments and risk evaluations for industrial ergonomics and display screen equipment.
  • Promote system improvements, engagement, and communication.
  • Lead the implementation and management of the Industrial Ergonomics Solution across campus, fostering a culture of continuous ergonomics improvement.
  • Coach, support, and advise colleagues; conduct regular user group meetings to share best practices and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid role with a leading global pharmaceutical company for a 12-month contract/project. You will work closely with our team to drive health and wellbeing initiatives and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
