Regional Transport Planner

We are seeking an organized and capable transport planner to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a transport planner, you will be responsible for planning UK transport in a specialist sector, ensuring that logistics are efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan all UK transport to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Ensure planning is carried out in the most efficient and cost-effective way to achieve optimum margin potential.
- Ensure all collections and deliveries are planned and booked in on time to meet customer requirements in full.
- Cost transport to each transport partner based on their location and cost impact.
We are looking for a candidate with a background in logistics or fleet management, who is organized and capable of working in an agile environment. You will be given extensive training and development to progress your skills and develop your career.
