NPI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled NPI Technologist to support our NPD Team in Bromborough, UK. As an NPI Technologist, you will work closely with Development Managers and other stakeholders to manage the factory side of the NPD process from technical product handover through to post-launch reviews.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing factory trials associated with NPD/EPD projects in line with agreed critical paths using the Pilgrim's Europe Stage & gate process
- Document control from factory trials, including micro and analytical data
- Coordinating trial review panels and reporting on trial progress
- Full data gathering responsibilities from factory trials, including yields, labour inputs, changeovers, etc.
- Providing proactive solutions to production issues and supporting customer approval panels
- Assisting in organizing and planning the agenda for pre-production and working on innovation projects
- Representing Pilgrims Europe Careers with professional conduct, approach, and personal presentation at all times
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a meat environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of NPD processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
