Surface Transforms is a leading manufacturer of carbon-ceramic materials, and we are seeking a highly skilled Fitter and Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality components using advanced machinery and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete assemblies to customer requirements.
- Work with the Quality team to meet quality needs.
- Improve processes and provide feedback.
- Action quality issues and support Non-Conformance meetings.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,750, rising to £31,050 after onboarding, plus a range of other benefits, including a favourable shift pattern, 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank holidays, and an extra day Annual Leave for your birthday.
