Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead our construction project in Denbigh. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing housing projects and working with main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Snagging Reports: Conduct thorough inspections to identify and rectify any defects.
  • Sub-Contractor Liaison: Foster strong relationships with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Labour Supervision: Oversee the supervision of labour on site to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Material Delivery Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of materials to site to meet project deadlines.
  • Site Meetings: Attend regular site meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a site manager on housing projects.
  • Knowledge: Well-developed knowledge of health and safety protocols.
  • Leadership: Experience of leading a team and managing sub-contractors.
  • Certifications: CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS or SSSTS.
