Classroom Support Assistant

The Education Authority is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in a formal learning environment.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who has a minimum of six months' experience working with children in a school, nursery or playgroup setting. You should have a Level 2 childcare qualification as approved by EA and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, or C2K schools IT systems.
Responsibilities- Support teachers and other education professionals in delivering high-quality education to children.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment.
- Help with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and data entry.
- Level 2 childcare qualification as approved by EA.
- Minimum six months' experience working with children in a school, nursery or playgroup setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, or C2K schools IT systems.
$30,000 - $40,000 per year.
