About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Vision-FS Recruitment. As a leading Financial Services Recruitment business, we cover the UK FS market, and this role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, leveraging your CeMAP qualification and experience in high-value deals.
  • Service a first-class client base, utilizing your business development skills to build rapport and generate new business.
  • Conduct fact-find meetings, prepare sound financial plans, and ensure clients meet their financial goals.
  • Build your own client book, utilizing our hybrid working model and access to leads and clients.
Requirements
  • CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Proven track record of success and achievement in mortgage sales.
  • Excellent business development and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
